  1. I had no idea that a metal roofing could has the ability to last up to 70 years with little maintenance! I’ve been looking at asphalt alternatives for my roof I’m having installed this summer, and the idea of not having to maintain a roof seems pretty good to me. I’ve also heard that metal roofs are incredibly energy efficient. Is that true?
